Swear at the ref - immediate yellow and a freekick. No exceptions, no mercy, no final warnings.

At one time refs were quite hot on "simulation" but we seem to have relaxed about that lately and I dont recall seeing many yellows for diving and rolling in agony. Could do with seeing more of that tbh. Generally, I think refs in this tournament have been really good at not giving free kicks for every little bit of contact. I dont think all have got the balance exactly right, but overall its been better.
