I think the tournament management in particular has been superb

starting with not wasting loads of emotional and physical energy in that Scotland game. As well as rotating players and often slowing the game down, not trying to play at 100mph all the time.

England were so much fresher than Denmark, despite neither team having played extra time before yesterday. It's a massive change from previous tournaments.
