A similar thought had crossed my mind too.

Two former contestants and one former host have each sadly taken their own lives, now there is the news today about a contestant receiving death threats.

Insofar as the people who did take their own lives, it could be that the reason in each case was nothing to do with the show. However, if I was Ofcom then I might be inclined to look closely at the support that the production company, channel etc put in place for all persons involved with the show.

Fwiw, it might be that Ofcom have already done just that following the previous instances and that appropriate support will therefore now be given to the contestant that has received the death treats.
