I think its a bit a passive/aggressive.

He basically thanks everyone but Farke.

Clearly knows exactly what he is doing.

That's not a good look.

Have to think he had multiple opportunities to go out on loan but would rather sit out his contract and wait for a buy out. (which we just did)

The fact we were successful without him anywhere near the squad suggests Farke did the right thing.
