A great opportunity to go deep - which is why I daren't be optimistic.

At least we've not ended up playing a big side because we f**ked up the group stage.

Shitty luck to be playing a side like Germany so early and if we go out having played decently then I hope the country doesn't lose its s**t.

Forlorn hope though of course.
