Serious question.... Are the fans partially to blame for the current state of football.

They have long supported dodgy owners with dodgy sources of money.
They didn't care where it came from.
They constantly put pressure on clubs to spend money they don't have. (or are even projected to earn)

They want to eat the steak but don't want to know how the cows are slaughtered.

I have long said Norwich are a shining beacon on how to run a club to live within our means but the real truth is we rely on other clubs who overspend to buy players from us at crazy prices to survive.
Wage structures are so out of hand at the bigger clubs they no longer want to share the revenues.
