Doesn't all of this ultimately come down to the fans?

If fans boycott the games, boycott the TV subscriptions and ultimately boycott merchandise then the whole thing will come down like a pack of cards.
What these owners (especially in England) do not understand is the beauty of our structure and our game is the pyramid system and the romance of the game (us being a great example). They are used to the American model and this demonstrates their complete lack of knowledge, understanding and care for the game.
I genuinely believe if we were to let these clubs go without a struggle they would be the ones to suffer.
