i just listened to the news earlier on the car wireless

and apparently they are having a live unsocially distanced unmasked trial music gig in liverpool for 2000 people who will require a negative covid test (free) prior to attending (not sure of the detail) and a similar open cinema event as well as trial limited attendences at select sporting events. so yes things are looking positive. pun not intended.

i also think people generally seem in better spirits since the lockdown was released. just back from a nice fenton walk and the rapeseed in the fields round here always lifts the spirits.
