It was about the only thing he got right!

Ref runs over to linesman. Convo probably goes something like this:

"Did you see who deflected it?"

"No, my flag was already up"

"But the Norwich player deflected it"

"Oh... it's a goal then"

And the correct decision was the outcome. Both of us are old enough to remember the ref hilariously reversing a penalty initially given to Ipswich in 1995 - now THAT was a scandal. And a bloody funny one.
