They need to manage the expectations of their fans

There is very little prospect of them being promoted automatically from the Championship and arguably they will need to consolidate for at least 3 to 5 seasons if they even reach it and hope to challenge for promotion.
Difficult to imagine the Americans still being interested in a middle of the table CCC side.
