It’s like when you get relegated from the PL

“Oh it’ll be great, win a few games”

Which can easily become

“These are s**t, why aren’t we smashing them?”

And then inevitably

“We’re so s**t, we deserve to go down”

And you’re stuck. They’re going nowhere but down IMO
