The trick to running a successful business is.....

delegating stuff to people you trust.
If Tom learns nothing else its that Delia and Michael have not been afraid to admit over the years they didn't know how to run most aspects of a football club.
That takes a lot of courage.
They have always tried to bring in people who they thought knew far more than they did.
And guess what....its worked most of the time.
