Am I out of touch or is some of the reaction to HRH's passing a bit OTT?
I mean, from what I can see it looks as though BBC 1 & 2 have given up their scheduling for the rest of the night to this news in one way or another. It looks like ITV have done the same, whilst BBC radio channels are just playing instrumental music on repeat.
Yes, it's clearly sad when anyone dies and HRH was a prominent Royal...but it just seems a bit much.
If it's just me then I apologise, particularly if anyone is offended by this post.
