What's counter-pressing?

Farke and Sky mentioned it, is it just pressing straight away after losing the ball? If so, I think Pep did something at Barca where they had to win the ball back within 6secs of losing it.

Yeah it is winning the ball back high up the pitch. Liverpool do it a lot too
