Combi help

Combi boiler serviced this winter but a month or so later it seems to be shorting somewhere.

I replaced the fuse in the hard wired socket but every time I turn it on, it turns itself off/shorts immediately.

Is it dead?

Just wondering if it is worth getting someone out to confirm its death...
