What's interesting is that we've probably changed senior structure at the club every seven years or so (Doncaster /McNally /Webber).

I'd be really fascinated to see what a Webber/Farke regime could achieve over another four years, and particularly whether given a fair crack of the whip injury wise we could make a go at Prem survival/establishment.

All that said, they'll go sometime, and with any luck the board will be considering what things should look like next era.

I like the Farke DoF suggestion, though I wonder how much of Webber's success is down to a quite particular skillset and whether a direct replacement would be the best plan when he moves on or whether we look to evolve again.
