Succession planning

I sometimes wonder if Farke wants to replace Webber and that they already have the next head coach lined up. In a recent interview for Canary Juniors, DF said his dream would be to employ Pep G as coach so he could move into the Sporting Director role. Tongue in cheek of course, but we know he wanted to be a SD in his earlier career and that SW plans for the long-term succession of the club, so maybe that idea int utterly bonkers...
