every weekday

Plus 50 rocking pushups, 45 min of vinyasha yoga and 20-30 mins on the rowing mochine. Been doing all this for a month now, lost a f**k tonne of weight and feel about ten years younger. My wake up reset lasts about 25 mins now as added a few more movents in. Weekends just do the rocking pushups.
