better to avoid all the hassle though and perhaps take some pics of the car when you pick it up if concerned. when i hired a car in sarajevo through europcar no less, the guy gave me the accident report form and documents and said, very important if you are in an accident ring this office first then ring police and report. then we can activate the insurance. lovely old corruption.
