nice. actually my signature dish is fish finger based

mashy spud dramatically elevated into a mound for the sheer theatre of it. then strategically place fish fingers artfully cut and delicately into three frame-like structures poking out of the mound of mashy tatts and then, surround the entire ensemble with a "moat" of garden peas. et voila 😘👌 fish-henge.
