the idea is for pople to inhabit the city rather than commute in and out i think

the current idea in the GNLP (greater norwich local plan) is to house a growing population around hub towns like wymondham in housing estate developments and then they can all commute in and out daily, happy days. approx 45,000 people commute daily into and out of norwich to work/study at present.
