Had mine Thursday Morning. Felt fine all day but achy arms in the evening and really buzzy

That night,didn’t sleep well, like I’d had loads of caffeine . Following day fine, long Fenton walk,lovely, but when I got back home again all achy arms and felt a bit like I was still moving, still alive though
