I see finland has suspended AZ for a moment

What I find so odd is that surely, even if the v v small number of clots etc were found to be directly & demonstrably related to the vaccine, it would still be better to take it than not? Certainly better for countries to continue to wish to administer it. Do they look at the small numbers of new infections/hospitalisations in the UK and think it's all just some sort of weird coincidence?
