Pushed for it while Alex Neil was around but Alex wasn't having it and that how we ended up with the Moxey weird scenario.

Chris Wilder basically in the same scenario as Alex Neil was. Once it starts to go wrong you're out and the new structure you resisted is coming in.

Would expect that given Sporting Directors are the new vogue managers like Wilder and Neil have set their ceiling for the level of club who would employ them.

Lambert is probably the same.
