Why are we being linked to no marks?
Who have no chance of getting a work permit? Have their agents/the press forgotten the rules?
Soto only got a work permit because we gamed it after he made two US appearances, we clearly won't get one for the Schalke guy who has none. Similarly a German bundesliga 2 player with no international appearances won't get close.
