Things are also looking up in the US a bit.

Up to 3 million doses per day with 110 Million administered.
The majority of the most vulnerable have had at least one shot.
I expect supply to start really ramping up within the next 30 days.
Would not surprise me to find within the next 45 days anyone who wants one can get one in both the US and UK.

FWIW , some places in the US have standby lists so doses don't get wasted if the person doesn't turn up.

Biden said end of May for everyone but I think it will be closer to the end of April.
