Daniel Farke addresses the media ahead of Norwich City's Sky Bet Championship clash against Nottingham Forest. Updates to come from 1:45pm.
---------------------------------------------------------------

DF: It's a busy schedule, the last game had a few knocks and tired legs, but we have more than 24 hours so I think all players available for the last game will be available for this game.

DF: We've played against top sides in the league and sides in the league who have a knife in between their teeth fighting relegation, but we could deliver with consistency. My team have showed great team spirit, this consistency and winning mentality please me at the moment.

DF: Each and every team suffer after relegation, some of the big clubs don't even play in the Championship anymore. The players deserve all the praise, we're playing the best season in the history of Norwich City Football Club without a pre-season or break in the toughest league in the world.

DF: I'm not so interested in individual awards, my only focus is to be successful as a team. We've won them all in the past, Teemu Pukki was awarded the golden boot and player of the season, Max has won young player of the season, but the real prize is the team award. Emi is an outstanding player and the most creative in this league, producing double figures, but it's not just about one player.

DF: I have to praise Todd and Emi for their seasons, after 36 games they've done brilliantly and they're young players. We took the Championship by storm with them, then we had to deal with the disappointment of relegation. It's quite normal for the start of the Championship to not be easy for a young player, but both have dealt with it in a humble way and worked even harder.

DF: I'm still careful, it's been 36 games but the season isn't over after 36 games! You cannot talk about their season until after 46 games, then we can talk about a top-class season, our only focus is to work even harder than weeks before.

DF: My message to my players is to keep going. I'm not concerned about complacency. We've proved this two years ago and this season, in this league there is no time, space or reason for complacency. Nottingham will be an unbelievably difficult task against an experienced coach. It's so hard to make chances against a Chris Hughton side, we have to keep going.

DF: We have developed as a club and a team over the last two years, of course there was disappointment after relegation, but we know now what it feels like to play on the Premier League level. Todd, Emi, Max Aarons, they've all now delivered against top-class sides. As a club, we've improved our facilities, training ground and squad, we're now more balanced as a team.

DF: It may surprise many people, but I'm not addicted to say consistency is the only answer to relegation. It makes no sense to cry for consistency if the quality is not good enough, you need the right person in the key roles. You also need the right players. If you have the right person, then you need this consistency. It's not like Norwich had to stick with me, I wanted to stick with Norwich!

DF: In general, Emi's performance and behaviour in the last weeks has been outstanding. He has learned from incidents to be disciplined in the next weeks and months.

DF: Sometimes you have to speak about the soft skills and tactical details about how we can prepare for situations better against a deep Sheffield side. All the credit goes to the players, you can have a theoretical idea and put them on the tactics board but it's always up to the players to show this on the pitch. It's always a testament to the players, it's their game.

DF: We want to attack the games, we don't play football to not lose, we play to win. Each and every game you win is yours. We're not too addicted or disappointed when other teams win or draw, we're just focused on ourselves. We want to win as many points as possible, we're trying to make sure we'll finish at least in the top six or four and with a few more wins, we can finish in the top two.

DF: It's not the final decision, but it's likely Adam Idah will need surgery on his hernia. We're seeing another specialist and if they agree we'll get it done straight away, then he won't join up with Ireland.

DF: It depends on how much has to be fixed, if it's quite quick he could be back in two weeks, but it could be four or five depending on how much work they have to do. By the next press conference, I could probably tell you a bit more, but he's definitely not involved tomorrow.

That's all from the boss.
