Spleen "control" for enhanced athletic performance is achievable by carrying out by holding your breath for as long as you can (at least 30 seconds) five times a couple of minutes before the activity. This causes the spleen (it thinks you are under duress) to release super oxygenated blood into you system (hematocrit assist) this effect boosts your performance for between 10-16 minutes before the spleen retakes this super-oxygenated blood back, or you use it up. It is the same effect on a short term as was gained by the cheating cyclists on epo. so if you need a quick energy surge for increased performance like bench pressing for example then this is your puppy.
