With collective responsibility as a team for bits in the middle.
Realistically the modern game is so complex the one manager covering everything model seems impossible to do well.
Farke is responsible for tactics, player and team management (relations).
Webber appears to mop up all the contractual and recruitment irons in the fire, club staff structure and non squad team media stuff.
They present a united front and work together at the interface.
If the team is playing s**t the buck stops with Farke.
If the recruitment or structure is wrong that's Webber's fault
Both answerable to Delia who is ultimately responsible for the club culture and direction (self financing, the overall brand and philosophy of the club).
When Webber /Farke move on, I'm sure they'll do well, but it'll be interesting to see how much freedom they get elsewhere.
We should also look at Huddersfield as a word of warning in terms of succession planning. There's a delicate balance between the elements of it all.
