Daniel Farke's thoughts ahead of our match with Luton Town at Carrow Road on Saturday.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

DF: He (Todd) had a very good individual session and that was a green light to come back for training today and is he comes through training today he will be avialable. Everybody who was available for Wednesday will be available for tomorrow.

DF: The Championship is relentless and you don’t have any time to reflect and enjoy wins. It is about consistency and you have to deliver every three days.

DF: This is the winning mentality to show consistency. To not be too pleased when you win but not get too down when you have setbacks. We have proved this consistency and this title winning mentality before.

DF: We know we are playing the best season in the history of the clubs so far. 73 points is an amazing total at this stage but it is important to not be too proud of ourselves at this moment. We have to keep going.

DF: You need to shine as a team. If you want to shine on your own you have to play tennis or golf. So we are not too bothered about individual awards (player of the season) it is important about the team awards and getting the team over the line.

DF: They (Luton) are a side that switches their base formation so much in between games and in games. They will give it a real go and we need to be there with a top class performance.

DF: I am not concerned. We know what this league is about and after an amazing win, an amazing performance and an amazing mood in the dressing room we have to deliver again but we have done this before. We need to be fully focused, good in the details and use our chances. If we do this we give ourself a chance to get the next three points.

DF: I can totally trust the characters in this dressing room. This group is fantastic to work with.

DF: We have many, many good options and many players who are fantastic on the training pitch. It is very tough when you see how well Lukas Rupp or Jacob Lungi Sorensen are performing on the training pitch to leave them out. Xavi Quintilla’s training performances are also fantastic but the individual performances of Dimitris (Giannoulis) are keeping him out at the minute which is unbelievably cruel on him because he is training so well.

DF: It is proof of their quality (that Luton Town have beaten Norwich twice). They have many options and many players who have experience at this level. It is a real proper and good championship side and it does not surprise me that they are closer to the play-off places than they are the relegation spots. They are an unbelievably competitive side and I am sure they will be unbelievably competitive tomorrow.

DF: (On Dimitris) we had the hopes but he has adapted perfectly and he is fantastic character and he is also there with a fantastic personality. So far so far good but he has to prove it in the next game.

DF: It is important and valuable minutes for them (Stiepermann and Nyland in under-23s). You can prepare on the training pitch but it is good to have the 90 minutes on the pitch.

DF: Consistency is not always the answer. We have changed a bit, we have changed the squad. We have not changed our philosophy but we also brought some fresh blood into the side. Consistency is not the answer if your philosophy and style of play is not right, in that situation it makes sense to make a change.

DF: Yes, I am happy at the moment it looks very well for us because we have many players available. But if I look back there were many more disruptions for us than other sides. We had no pre-season where a side like Rotherham did. We also had the rumours at the start of the season and then we had injuries. I would like to see the team that is there, 10 points clear at the top of the table that has played 10 games without its number one keeper. We are of course in a good moment now, but we have come through many situations and disruptions.

DF: (Michael McGovern) He is really good. If you want to search for a role model of professional footballer you search for Michael. He is not too far away and he is also back in the dressing room and it is good to have from his personality.

DF: (Thomas Frank) He is a good guy and we have got a really good relationship. I take it it was his honest thought. It is always good when a good coach gives you compliments but it doesn’t change our situation we still have to keep going.

DF: They (Luton) are a quality side, quality coach and to win against this side you have to be there with a good performance.

DF: The most emotion is when they are singing On The Ball City. I miss our supporters. At one moment they sang a song about Marco Stiepermann to the tune Rhythm is a Dancer and I found the lyrics to this amusing.
