Couple of things to calm you

They were only in top spot because Man City (who finished runaway leaders with 99 points) had a few games in hand. So they only needed one team to go on a run and get past them to lose the automatic place. We need two to do so as nobody is (as Man City were with them) matching us at this stage.
Also, after 34 games they had 67 points. We have 73 so we are currently 6 points better off than they were that season.
