It may be the only option in this case

Pre-Covid I occasionally walked past the ground and it looks so odd, like I have just stepped into a time machine and I’m back in the 80’s.

A new ground where they actually own it (albeit through more debt) give them a chance to start again. I am amazed that through all of the redevelopment work to the quay that nothing was done at the time.

Also I think Evans just uses the club as a loss making tax vehicle.

All in all despite grumbling at Delia from time to time it put perspective to where we are.
