As they’d want to spread group games around the country.
You would hope the City stand would be redeveloped by then, which would add another 5000 seats.
There was also the potential for an additional tier on the South Stand.
Personally I think we could fill and finance the City stand already, the support base is there and fans will be desperate for live football.
Maybe another mini bond issue?
