That's the trick. It's what we did in LG1 and close to admin.

You bring in proven business people to run the company.
You cut your cloth accordingly.
IMHO there is a factor that could favor them.
A lot of clubs will be in worse shape and some even go to the world
Wages will be down and probably a ton of decent free agents.
Get in a quality manager and transfer team and you could pick up a lot of quality players for next to nothing.
Certainly enough to get in the champs as wycombe and rotherham have shown with smaller crowds and budgets.
