I get the impression Southgate would be a good Director of Football

He’s seems to have built a good culture in and around the England squad.

But tactically and in terms of team selections he’s pretty awful.

Why the f**k are Dier and Maguire playing at CB and why Mount. Not a single creative player in that midfield yet again.
