Need to know some deets really im not chucking three figures at a dud

Plot outline for starters, what are the characteristics of the main protagonist? Is he/she strong/mad/lovable/embittered enough to hold the readers interest? Also, whats the conlict and who is the antagonist introduced to stop the protagonist from achieving the goal? What's the setting and does it enhance/hamper the plot and don't be dishing up too much backtory either B.O.R.I.N.G. You also need to expand on characterisations, viewpoint, dialogue, pacing, transitions between beginning middle and end and style. Might just be a kids book but I need the deets or I'm out.
