And also when Qatar was awarded one.At the time I remember people saying we lost because we were arrogant and there was no corruption in n Qatar being awarded it,when anyone with half a brain could see there was.One of the reasons given against Us holding it was lack of hotel rooms and they then awarded a world cup to Qatar? That said alot to me about how people view institutions.
