Its not about one thing being more or less of a risk

Its about limiting the number things you know will increase R0 while protecting as many jobs as possible or ensuring people still have some freedoms.

Sport isn't as high up on the list as keeping schools open, allowing people to see their family, protecting hospitality jobs, etc.
