If I understand correctly. Thus a potential Cantwell move is more likely to be in the next 2 weeks rather than today.

The more likely moves for today would be Max to e.g. Bayern and Emi to Spain. Argos to Turkey a long shot. There is also the Drmic / Leitner / Trybull issue with moves back to Germany needing to happen today unless they are released.

PL teams looking to strengthen have 2 weeks where they can only buy from EFL. So expect interest in Cantwell and Emi to continue...
