Don't watch them then

They're just doing something they obviously enjoy. The experience might lead them on to something bigger and better.

Back in my day everyone wanted to be in a band, so they annoyed everyone in pubs at the weekend playing cover versions badly. The regulars stayed away, the friends of said bands went along to watch.
