iFollow update for City v Derby CountyView Email Online

Hi Sexy,

This Saturday, City take on Derby County in our second home fixture of the season (12.30pm kick-off). The fixture will be broadcast on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event.

As a season ticket holder, you are also able to watch the game for free via iFollow.

However, this time the EFL have changed the mechanic that enables fans to access the game. Please note, this change in process is for any match that season ticket holders are eligible to claim a free match pass for, which has also been selected for Sky Sports coverage.

Instead of receiving a code, here’s what you need to do;

1) Click here to be directed to our website
2) Scroll down and click ‘Register here’ under ‘Basic Pass’
3) Create an account using the same email address registered to your Norwich City account, this email address is: youremailaddress

It is essential that the email address you use to create your iFollow account is the same as your Norwich City email address. If not, you will be unable to watch the game for free, and will need to purchase a £10 Match Pass. 🥳

This must be completed by no later than midday on Wednesday, September 30.

If you currently have an iFollow account that is registered in a different email address, you will need to register a new iFollow account by visiting here. 

The match pass will then automatically be made available here on the day of the game, as long as the season ticket holder is logged into an iFollow account using the same email address as their ticketing account.
