It's going to be a horribly disrupted

Compressed and long season.

From the pre season friendlies I'd say we've managed to get some real potential onto the books and I agree that it might take a season or two to get them bedded in.

We also shouldn't underestimate the importance of having a firm financial platform in the coming years. This'll be a long haul.

That said, Godfrey is the one I'm most sad to be losing - I still think he's the young player with the greatest potential of the 5.
