Wolves new striker - Fabio Silva - cost £35m

According to public records in Portugal:
£2.75m will go to Silva's agents
£6.4m will go to the Gestifute agency

Gestifute is part-owned by Jorge Mendes, who just happens to be an 'advisor' for Wolves and is also the agent for the Nunes (the Wolves manager).

Small note: In the last three seasons Wolves have spent £160m on players who are either Portugese or from Portugese clubs.
