Seems a fair price to me. I never really

understood some of the comments that he is worth £20m odd that were banded about. He did a great job for us, especially in the Championshio,seems a likeable guy.....I hope it works out for him.

I would be interested to know what potential add ons are reliant upon. Number of appearances? Them staying up this season? Europa League qualification? Anyone know how they usually work?
