Seems clear that webber

Has a portfolio of players he's been tracking for years - also that they watch & sound out what the personalities of the players we track are.

None of that is a guarantee but I think it is helping us to pick up players when they're coming towards the end of their deals, or feeling unloved.

All the analytics seem to identify the areas, statistically in which we're lacking.

Impressive. Hopefully we're setting up the systems so it's not just reliant on Webber.
