I think we hoped they'd adapt to the Prem faster last year

And I think that was made harder by the injuries at cb. They're more experienced this year, but I think any of our back 4 aarons/godfrey/Zimmermann/Lewis would not look out of place in an established Prem side and the three younger guys in particular have the potential to really kick on.

As I've said before, I think a major factor about our shipping goals the last two years are how we defend as a team rather than our defenders per se.

The recruitment in midfield this year will help I reckon.
