I can guarantee they don't want to leave because of Farke

Without him the odds are nobody would have heard of any of them. In fact Farke is probably about the only thing that would make them think twice.
But realistically any player, whoever their manager is, when given the choice between:
a) playing in the highest profile league in the world for big wages
b) playing in the un-noticed Championship for massively less wages
is going to pick option a). Every time.
