Yep. They've distanced Johnson from it so far, no doubt if it is changed it will

be sold as him getting involved personally to resolve matters and right the wrong!

In the real world I suspect they've been advised that they will probably lose in Court if these challenges go ahead and worked out that they will lose (even more) a generation of voters and their parents!

I just can;t comprehend how anyone thought using such an algorythm was ever appropriate but then that seems to be the sort of world we live in now.
