Issue everyone with a set of scuba kit

obviously not the flippers though that would be way ott and not conducive to an emergency rapid evacuation scenario. Scores of fans treading on each others flippers like a load of pissed up itinerant penguins, we'd be a f**king laughing stock and possibly in breach of health and safety legislation.
