When you think we more often than not play with a high line when playing

Out from the back,you realise that with possession based football most of it is played in the middle third of the pitch.And if you're going to dominate a game you'll do it from there.There's so much focus on that area of the pitch that I think we are neglecting the basics of defending. My guess is most of their coaching is positional and how we can use defenders to build attacks.
